1. About These Terms

Welcome to Petsfella.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Petsfella.com and purchases made through our store.

Petsfella is an operating name of 7908199 CANADA INC.

By using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account and notifying us if you believe it has been accessed or used without authorization.

Manufacturers may change packaging, ingredients, labels, colours, designs, or specifications without prior notice.

4. Bird Care and Health Information

Information on Petsfella.com concerning bird care, nutrition, supplements, behaviour, training, or health is provided for general informational purposes only.

It is not veterinary advice and does not replace advice from a qualified avian veterinarian or other appropriate professional.

Always follow manufacturer instructions, product labels, recommended serving amounts, and safety warnings.

5. Prices, Currency and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market or shown at checkout.

Canadian customers generally see prices in Canadian dollars (CAD), while eligible U.S. customers may see prices in U.S. dollars (USD).

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be shown or disclosed before an order is completed, subject to any special shipping charges described in our Shipping Policy.

We may change prices from time to time. Price changes do not affect orders that we have already accepted.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Returns, exchanges, refunds, return shipping costs, restocking fees, final-sale products, assembled bird cages, food, treats, supplements, damaged products, defective products, incorrect orders, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in that policy limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may be subject to dates, eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum-purchase requirements, usage limits, or other conditions.

The specific terms displayed with a promotion apply to that promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes and rewards discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

11. Petsfella Rewards

Petsfella may offer a loyalty or rewards program.

Current earning, redemption, expiry, eligibility, and usage rules are displayed through the Petsfella Rewards program or related promotional materials.

Rewards have no cash value and are generally non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Points or rewards may be corrected or removed where they were awarded in error or obtained through fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, cancelled orders, returns, or refunds.

Petsfella may update the rewards program from time to time, subject to applicable law.

12. Reviews and Customer Content

Customers may submit reviews, questions, photographs, or other content.

By submitting content, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience or opinion and does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, threatening, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate material.

We will not alter a genuine customer opinion simply because it is negative.
