Bought this for a U2. The perch is too small, the food doors don’t actually lock. It just has a piece of metal, took the bird less than 2 minutes to get out. There’s nothing to hold the bowls in place, the bird has already tossed them. The grate and tray are just resting on a bar so when you pull it out most of the way it just drops sending everything to the ground.
I definitely don’t recommend this cage for a large parrot. I didn’t realize about the doors or tray until it was together so can’t send it back. I don’t feel it was worth the price.
Just want to say customer service is impeccable! There was some damaged parts and they sent them out right away. Also damage to the tray, I received a partial refund($20).
